As a lawyer, I have accumulated many years of experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions, accompanied agreements on the sale of corporate rights, implemented creditors' rights.

I did not always dream of a career as a lawyer, but once upon a time I had to try my own cases, and the court satisfied my demands. Then friends asked me to help with their lawsuits, and we won. I liked to defend people's rights, I was very good at it. I will say up front that I have seen enough injustice over the years. The lack of money and sometimes force support prevented the truth from triumphing.

I am not one of those who list the main moments of my career, anyone who wants to know more can ask for information. I am just glad that we, as a team of lawyers and financial analysts with significant financial and intellectual resources, have the opportunity to invest in litigation, help the injured party to receive compensation and bring the perpetrators to justice.

In my spare time (which is rare) I travel with my family. I ride a bicycle, play chess.
